Attorney Toney Pignatiello
Attorney Pignatiello received his Juris-Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover with a dual major in Criminal Law and Civil Litigation and his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut. Attorney Pignatiello served over ten years in the United States Army in various capacities as a Military Instructor and Platoon Sergeant where he provided academic, tactical and strategic military operations training to junior and senior enlisted soldiers of all branches of the Armed Forces during Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. He studied at the Defense Foreign Language Institute in Monterey, CA and trained with international forces while working with the NATO Allied Forces Command in Europe.
Attorney Pignatiello's accomplishments include building and operating a successful home-improvement contrator business in Connecticut; intense trial skills training at Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's College; criminal prosecution experience as a certified legal intern with the CT State Attorney's Office, GA-14; and civil litigation experience at the Office of the CT Attorney General. He is a Native American lawyer who is dedicated to fighting for those who have been harmed, for those who cannot fight for themselves, and for those who need a solid legal defense.
